Awaken to Your Sacred Body is a four-month journey for soul seekers, mindfulness-curious, and anyone longing to reconnect with the deeper intelligence of their body, mind, heart, and spirit.

My name is Jun Yared. Since 2019, I have been hosting online programs devoted to cultivating alignment, healing, and inner peace.

This online journey is a sacred space — a sanctuary for soul discovery. Together, we explore, learn about, and experience some of the most powerful healing practices available.

What you receive as a participant…

Over the duration of 4 months, you are welcomed to join 13 group-sessions, and receive three 1:1 sessions via zoom.

Each group session supports you to awaken to your highest self by both experiencing and intellectually understanding the sacred practices. The 1:1 Sessions are 75-minute coaching-calls for you to talk through any challenges you are experiencing, and receive support, guidance, and wisdom.

What to expect in the Group Sessions…

  • In our first Group Session, we open the container with a powerful invocation ritual. Also, we get to know each other, and take a closer look at your individual intentions for the program.

  • In our second session, we explore the Higher Mind, what it is, and how to activate it. The session begins with a 30-minute segment on Dr. Joe Dispenza's work and research, introducing his 5-step formula for successful meditation. The second part of the session includes a 30-minute meditation practice and an introduction to your new practice files.

  • In our 3rd session, I introduce you to Dr. David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness and James Stark's Map of Emotions. We use these as the foundation to assess your emotional landscape, and initiate your process of letting go of all that doesn’t serve you.

  • In our 4th session, you learn to understand and differentiate the voice of your Ego and the whispers of your Soul. This awakens you to your higher truth and opens your capacity to view life through the eye of your higher, all-loving Self.

  • In our 5th session, we review the practices you have learned so far (both in our live sessions and the provided lessons) and start creating your daily spiritual practice – your Sadhana. This helps you tune into the Souls’s narrative and walk through life with more grace, peace, and love.

  • In our 6th session, we dive deep into a powerful calibration process as we experienced the 60 minute “Sacred Breath” immersion together.

  • In our 7th session, we talk and investigate the different styles of Breathwork, and deepen into the yogic wisdom of Pranayama (breathing practice).

  • In our 8th session, each participant gets a bigger time-window to share how their journey has been going, and receive feedback and wisdom on the further integration of the teachings. This will help create more dedication and awaken deeper devotion to your Sadhana.

  • In our 9th session, we embrace a powerfully elevating movement practice! Shamanic Trance Dance is a tribal technique that helps release stress, fear, anger, shame and frustration.

  • In our 10th session, you learn what exactly the chakras are, and receive a Lightwork-calibration of your 7 energy centers.

  • In our 11th session, we dive into a deep Breathwork practice, combined with a Lightwork formula, that helps your body, mind and heart calibrate back to their original blueprint of divine light, love and peace.

  • In our 12th session, we embark on a journey through all 4 bodies (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual), as this practice combines Trance Dance, Breathwork, Meditation, and Lightwork.

  • In our 13th and last session, we celebrate the completion of our program, and dive into one last Lightwork calibration process together. This aligns you to the divine beloved within you, and strengthens your relationship to God/Spirit/All That Is even more.

Timing

The next round of this program starts begin July and ends in September 2025. The exacting times of our group-calls will be chosen once all spots are reserved. You get to enter your weekly availabilities into a doodle. This ensures that everyone is able to attend at a reasonable daytime.

Price

Inspired by my visits to the sacred temples of Sikhism, Buddhism, Hinduism, and more, I am offering this live online program on a donation-basis. Past participants have contributed anywhere between US$300 and $1,900 — the choice of investment is entirely up to you and your capacity.
